He has helped to guide start-up entities to successful outcomes and has taken over troubled businesses and led their restructuring, financial and management reorganization.  He has been involved in countless acquisitions and mergers in helping to build overall enterprise value.

Mr. Lamar currently serves on the Board of Directors of Auscul Sciences, Inc., an innovative medical technology company based in Ottawa, Canada that has developed a ground-breaking solution to early detection of coronary artery disease.

Additionally, Mr. Lamar serves as a Director and CEO of BeefTek, Inc. and its related companies Prime Marker and PM Lab which possess proprietary  and patented DNA technology and genetic markers for the bovine industry.

He graduated from Dartmouth College with an AB in Government & Economics.
